Our team of 6 specializes in deep tissue and sports massage, we incorporate stretching, gua sha, trigger point therapy and myofascial release into our sessions. Additionally we offer infrared sauna sessions, lymphatic drainage, pre natal and post natal therapies, and a variety of aesthetic and anti aging/preventative facials.
