I became fascinated with holistic health and massage therapy while working on the administrative side of a wellness clinic. Observing clients finding relief and recovery on their wellness journeys sparked a passion and deep appreciation for the mind-body connection. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of touch to restore balance, relieve pain, and bring a sense of calm to our busy lives. While in school I was provided with a strong foundation in Anatomy and Physiology, along with extensive training for certifications in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Cupping, and Hot Stone massage therapies. Through my separate certification in NAET I'm also well-versed in the TCM views on Qi and meridians, and their roles in our health. My style blends Western and Eastern philosophies to provide both a therapeutic and a grounding session for clients.
