I focus on improving function and mobility, reducing pain and inflammation, and reducing excess tension. I focus on neuromuscular/ skeletomuscular issues, while slowly feeling my way through the tissue. This allows me to isolate the exact muscle fibers that are inflamed and provide direct relief. This also allows me to follow lines of tension. I incorporate John F. Barnes MFR principles in my technique, and use some of his techniques as well.
