Hello,I’m Shantel, licensed massage therapist Athletic Massage. I specialize in the relief of pain for weightlifters and people with active lifestyles.I have always been drawn to natural approaches to health and well being. I truly believe the body can heal itself when given the chance. After my diagnosis of Type II Diabetes in 2012, I became completely committed to my health and established lifestyle changes that continually bring me great success. Then, after giving birth to two beautiful boys, I decided to pursue higher education with respect to health and wellness. As of 2017, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University in Boca Raton, Florida, as well as a Certificate of Massage Therapy as of 2019 from Cortiva Institute in Arlington, Texas.I am excited to connect with you!
