In 2012 I became an LMT. After licensing, I continued to develop my skills at a very busy chiropractic office. Working on a variety of different clients, most being traumatic physical rehab, and or some degenerative problems. Since then, I have continued my training even further, practicing in several clinical as well as private settings. I am trained in many therapeutic techniques. Such as Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Orthopedic - Medical Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Cupping, Neuromuscular Therapy, Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction, Sports Massage, and certified PEMF Pulse Practitioner. Giving the body the tools to heal and help people has always been a huge passion of mine. Putting the clients first, my complete focus is to provide them relaxation and relief from pain and tension. Mixing modalities and creating a custom therapeutic experience is the goal for each client, at every appointment.  One of my favorite phrases is; If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won't have to hear it when it screams.
