Welcome to My Practice

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 17 years of experience in the medical field, orthopedic therapy, and wellness coaching. Healing has always been a part of who I am — not just a profession, but a calling. I believe in supporting the body with compassion, intuition, and a deep understanding of how muscles, fascia, and the lymphatic system work together.

As a breast cancer survivor, I understand firsthand the courage, vulnerability, and strength that healing requires. Every person who steps into my room receives care that is grounded in empathy, clinical knowledge, and genuine heart.

From Manual Lymphatic Drainage and post-op recovery to deep tissue and therapeutic massage, my goal is simple: Help your body heal. Help your mind rest. Help you feel whole again.
