Hi, I’m Kate Cespedes—a Licensed Massage Therapist passionate about helping you feel at home in your body. Since 2015, I’ve been blending intuitive touch with proven techniques to ease pain, release tension, and restore balance.

I believe the most valuable asset you’ll ever have is your mind. That belief fuels my desire to deepen my understanding of the human body through continuing education. I’ve studied subjects including Contemporary Cupping Methods, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal Massage, Psoas & Diaphragm work, and treatments for migraines and TMJD. I’m always learning—not only to stay current with new bodywork techniques, but also to satisfy my curiosity and passion for this work.
