To treat her injuries she turned to massage and chiropractic care to get her back in the saddle. Awed by the seemingly magic touch of massage she chose to learn this healing art. Ashley helps women of all ages, especially those navigating midlife and the musculoskeletal syndrome of menopause. She is body positive and celebrates neurodiversity. She has experience working with hypermobility, fibromyalgia, lymphedema and lipedema. Coming from a mental health perspective, she has an interest in somatic therapy and appreciates that massage can be a way for people to access nonverbal healing by regulating their nervous system and creating safety within the body. Modalities practiced include: Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, trigger point, and cupping.
