I use an integrated massage approach including swedish, deep tissue / sports, myofascial release, reflexology, neuromuscular, stretching, and some energy work to assist clients on their journey to wellness, stress relief, freedom from pain and wholeness. I am also a Reiki Master and can assist clients with chakra balancing and overall sense of well-being.  My techniques are therapeutic, enjoyable, healing, safe and effective. My massage studios are private,  and very comfortable. They are conveniently located in Downtown Chattanooga YMCA where sauna, therapeutic pool / whirlpool, and shower facilities are available. I can also bring my massage chair or table to your home or place of work if that is more convenient. With the assistance of my colleagues (1male and 2 females) we can provide couples massages onsite at to your location.
