East Nashville Therapeutic Massage was started in March 2015 by Lindsay Jones.

I am a Tennessee Licensed Massage Therapist and a 2012 graduate of Mind Body Institute, LLC in Nashville, TN. I worked at a spa prior to opening East Nashville Therapeutic Massage. I am also a member for American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

My intent is to inspire and empower my clients and help restore balance and overall health and wellness of the mind, body and spirit. By creating a relaxing, safe environment for healing to take place, I listen closely to my clients needs so that I can provide the appropriate techniques and create the most effective and personal experience for each treatment. I am trained and skilled in many massage modalities, including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports/Injury, TMJ Recovery, Prenatal, Moving Cups massage, Reiki and Reflexology.
