I am a licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master at the Mystic Modes at 1101 Dayton Blvd Chattanooga, Tn, phone number 423-756-7770. I graduated from Miller-Motte Technical College in May of 2017. I believe in the balancing of mind, body and spirit through touch and energy channeling for optimal healing. My approach to bodywork is the integration of relaxation and therapeutic techniques of Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, myofascial and connective tissue release, and Reiki. Through compassion and careful listening, I will address both physical and energetic issues. I love to work with those who experience chronic pain, specifically in the neck and shoulders, hips, and those who suffer from headaches, TMJ and sciatica. I strive to provide my clients with relief of pain, tension, better circulation, improved range of motion and an increase in sense of well being.
