Elizabeth Sudyka

Libby Sudyka is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Professional Reflexologist in Charlotte TN practicing since May 2018. She has held many professional positions from retail and restaurant management to sales. It wasn’t until she started her education with Front Range Community College and ended up in a massage therapy class that she discovered how massage could help people not only feel relaxed, but help recover from injuries and relieve pain. Libby is committed to finding the right massage technique for each clients specific need. Libby lives in Charlotte with her husband, a 30 year EMS professional and retired Firemedic and their two children. When not massaging, Libby is homeschooling the kids, cooking delicious meals and figuring out gardening in this TN heat!
