Megan Smith is a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Healing Moon Massage & Wellness. While she specializes in Swedish massage and the healing power of essential oils. She also has a keen knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology and Applied Kinesiology, and is skilled in Sports Massage Therapy as well. She has helped herself and clients overcome physical ailments such as plantar fasciitis, lower back and hip pain, and neck tension. In addition to Swedish and Sports Massage Therapy, she also offers Reiki, Bamboo Massage, Symphony of the Cells, and DöTERRA’s AromaTouch Technique. Megan graduated from Trident Technical College, Charleston, SC with honors in 2018. She is a proud member of the American Massage Therapist Association. In addition to her massage schooling, Megan also graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001 from the University of South Florida with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. Before becoming a massage therapist, she spent 15 years with the US Navy as a logistician, faithfully supporting our troops, and 5 years with the US Postal Service. Her own health and lower back problems lead her to seek natural healing through chiropractic care, massage therapy, reiki, and essential oils, which in turn sparked her interest for a change in careers.
