About
Massage is not a luxury. It's a way to a healthier, happier life!! As a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner I am passionate about helping people find rejuvenation and renewal amidst the stresses of life...and relief from the pains that show up from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions in the body. My bodywork style is nurturing and holistic. My specialties are using a myofascial tool called graston tools to release any tension within the muscles, hot/cold stone contrast therapy, specific techniques to TMJ Dysfunction therapy, and corrective exercise solutions with stretching . My experience has been over many years with techniques of Swedish, deep tissue, pre-natal, post-natal, sports, myofascial release, stone therapy, and introduction to aromatherapy . Massage therapy not only is my passion but it has saved me from a life of pain dealing with fibromyalgia and injuries. After my husband was injured in the military I began volunteering with our military veterans who are dealing with PTSD and life changing injuries while on duty to serve our country. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) . I am also trained in other parts of the medical field as a Certified Phlebotomist, Certified Electrocardiograph (EKG) Technician, South Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant, and CPR -Certified by the American Heart Association.
