I also hold a certification in Applied Stretching from the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), the AFAA (Athletics & Fitness Association of America) and the ISSA (International Sports Science Association). I have advanced training in the treatment of soft tissue ailments and postural distortions with a wide range of both clinical and therapeutic massage healing techniques and meditative practices.
