I am a massage and bodywork practitioner, licensed in the state of South Carolina #13221 and CPR & AED certified by the AHA (American Heart Association). I also hold a certification in Applied Stretching from the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), the AFAA (Athletics & Fitness Association of America) and the ISSA (International Sports Science Association). I have advanced training in the treatment of soft tissue ailments and postural distortions with a wide range of both clinical and therapeutic massage healing techniques and meditative practices. This allows me to provide my clients with custom-tailored body relaxation and flexibility sessions unique to them to create holistic healing experiences.
