The two pillars of this practice are wellness and intention. Simply stated- “Being well is choice. Choose with intention.” The body knows. The human system is a wonderful machine, a design so magnificent. The every day actions of the body go mostly unregistered. They continue unregistered, until something isn’t quite right. As humans, we also encompass what can be described as logical, emotional and spiritual space.
