I specialize in orthopedic massage, mobility concerns, & stress reduction. I graduated from PTSM in 2005, & from Advance Certification in Orthopedic massage in 2007. This training involves many modalities, bringing better balance, range of motion & pattern resolution. I work with both diagnosed conditions & assessment tools my training has provided me with.I started Reiki in 2018 & graduated from the teacher’s program in 2020. Reiki is an energy healing modality for both mind & body. A large Harvard study in 2015 & 2016, proving Reiki‘s effectiveness, in addition, to being used in leading hospitals for stress & pain management. Healing oils, both carrier & essentials are a central focus of my massage practice. I believe in their efficacy to nurture & heal both body & mind. I have a well-stocked collection for custom blending. I am also a Graduate & Certified Gemologist.
