Hi, I’m Lauren! I am a trauma-informed yoga teacher and licensed massage therapist from California. It is so important to feel good in our bodies as they carry us through life’s experiences. I offer several different massage modalities to meet your needs; including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Neuromuscular, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Prenatal. Balancing the demands of everyday life often leaves little room for self-care.
