I am a graduate of the CCRI massage therapy program and have a BA from U Mass Dartmouth. I have worked in the human services field with various populations for over 20 years. I am a certified group exercise and pilates instructor, avid runner, and sprint triathlete.I bring the experience of working with people and the kinesthetic and anatomic knowledge I have gained as both an instructor and athlete to my massage creating a personalized and skilled treatment tailored to the client's individualized needs.
