From working with clients in my private practice, to providing massage backstage for performers at prestigious events like the Newport Folk and Jazz Festivals, to treating solo musicians on tour, my goal is always the same- to connect with each client and respond to what they need in the moment. I am grateful for the ability to create a calm and supportive space to pause, reconnect with your body, and just be. I work in a way to create meaningful change while honoring the nervous system and its need for a calm approach. With the goal to empower each client to take part in their own healing journey, I lead with intention and intuition to leave you feeling grounded, connected, and in control of your health and wellness. Practicing in the field since 2015, I specialize in various techniques including manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, swedish, and reflexology.
