Too many things to do and places to go, time flies by, and you wake up tired, repeating the cycle of yesterday. Even when you have downtime, you've been keyed up so long that it takes you a long time to let the tension go, if you even remember how.

That's what I hear again and again. I see what this does to a person, and it isn't a good thing. Especially when that tension and the pain of old injuries starts to feel "normal."

I am a reset button.

We will find the kid in you and remove layers of tension and stress, taking you from "just here" to "awake, alert, alive!"
