Hello 👋 , I’m Charlie and I am a licensed Massage Therapist in southwestern Pennsylvania. I am the owner of For Others Health & Wellness, where I am connected with my favorite Chiropractic space, “ Redefined Chiropractic”. I specialize in detailed deep tissue work. I feel it is important to relax the central nervous system to aid in relieving stress, pain and tension! I spend most of my time mixing myofascial, swedish, sports and neuromuscular trigger point techniques. I can tailor to any of your needs. I really enjoy focusing on head, neck, shoulder, scapular, hip, knee and back injuries by using specific techniques to target the focused area.
