Hello, I am a USMC Veteran, avid gym goer, snowboarder, hiker and more recently a Licensed Massage Therapist. My focus with Massage is on mending the body as a whole. This means utilizing a multitude of techniques and stretches. Recovery is not always easy, it is homework.  I have a passion for helping others who want to overcome the aches from an active lifestyle as well as bring about a sense of relaxation through it all.
