About

Let me guess, you've been to every therapist under the sun, spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars, and you're still in pain. Every time you go in for treatment it feels like they just dance around your problem areas. When you leave, maybe you feel some temporary relief, but that pain and tightness always creeps back.In my practice, I don’t treat blindly and hope for the best. Instead, I carefully examine the way your body organizes itself to determine exactly where your pain is coming from, and how we can make it stop. I do this by giving you a thorough assessment during your initial session that allows me to create a personalized map of your posture. I then remeasure and track progress as we go, all while staying in constant communication with you. This way we can make sure that we are on the right track, and make any adjustments necessary along the way. This is the essence of Neurosomatic Therapy – a new kind of massage and body work practice rooted in the principle that the form and function of the body go hand in hand. Our modern society is extremely distracting and stressful. Many of us go through life not realizing that we are tilted, rotated, or shifted one way or another. The more stressed and distracted we are, the more these compensation patterns worsen and build on top of each other until we are a twisted, aching mess! This is exactly why I treat the way that I do. My goal with treatment is to help unstick you, relieve the burdens on your overworked tissues, organs and neurovascular structures, and get you out of pain so that you can get back to enjoying your life again.
