Hello! I'm a LMT working at the Pennsylvania Tongue-Tie Center, and I provide therapeutic massage and bodywork to people of all ages for an array of needs and for general wellness. My approach is individualized and integrates several modalities to meet the unique needs of each patient.I specialize in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), which uses light touch techniques to locate and release tension and restrictions in the membranes and soft tissue surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Research and case studies indicate that CST is effective in relieving symptoms of a wide variety of health conditions, including migraines and headaches, chronic fatigue and pain syndromes, problems with memory and concentration, stress/anxiety, and many others.CST is particularly helpful for treating restricted oral tissues, as part of the pre- and post-release habilitation process to enable the tongue and supporting muscles to move and function optimally.In 2013 I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling to deepen my understanding of the fascinating interplay between the mind and body, and to better equip myself to support others in their journey to well-being.I welcome the opportunity to meet you!
