Training: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Table Thai Massage, Cupping, Gua Sha, Lymphatic Massage, Reflexology, Prenatal, Thai Herbal Compress, Energy and Chakra Work.I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2012. I attended and taught massage and bodywork at Cortiva Institute - Pennsylvania Scool of Muscle Therapy for 5 years. I specialize in corrective and therapeutic bodywork. I work with anyone with past injuries/surgeries/ history of chronic pain, as well as people who are looking to simply take better care of themselves, or preventative care. I combine deep tissue, facial, and stretching techniques to address all layers of tension. My intent is to create a relaxing environment for you to release tension and help your body find its way back to balance.
