Back Pain   -  Headaches Whiplash  -   Neck Pain Sports Injuries - Chronic Pain Osteoarthritis Disc Problems - Migraines Fibromyalgia - Carpal Tunnel Jaw Pain (TMJ) Painful Scars - Scoliosis Sciatica Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) If you have acute (new) or chronic(ongoing) pain, or have been diagnosed with any of the above conditions, we would recommend a session of Myofascial Release (MFR).  MFR is a safe, gentle, effective modality that can reduce pain levels in the first session.  With ongoing sessions most pain can be eliminated or significantly reduced to the point where mobility and range of motion increases.  MFR works on the fascial system - your connective tissue.  When connective tissue is damaged through trauma, surgery, inflammatory response or repetitive motion it creates fascial restrictions that can put up to 2,000 lbs of pressure on your tissue, skeleton and muscles! I have many clients who are runners, from marathon, half marathon and 5 K's. All of them appreciate the time on the table to help keep their running form in top shape and help prevent injuries. Body builders also appreciate the work as it loosens tight muscles, allowing for ease in their workouts and competitions. Another population segment that benefits greatly from this type of work are the demographics known as Generation X and the Baby Boomers.  Those general aches and pains of every day living can benefit greatly from a session. To allow more people to experience MFR I have kept the cost of a session very reasonable, compared to what other locations are charging for it in the local area.
