Amanda Fleischer

After attending Colgate University, I spent over 15 years working in corporate positions. I eventually increased my time spent volunteering and realized that I wanted to help people in other ways, to affect real change in their lives. Throughout my own life experience, no one has been able to get me back onto my feet like my massage therapists. They are my superheroes! And so, I quit my corporate job and went to massage school. Massage is, simply put, a superpower. I truly believe that human touch is the key to healing and health, and I would like to use my own “superpower” for the benefit of others. I use various techniques to treat maladies from chronic discomfort and overuse. My primary massage modalities are Ashiatsu, Swedish, and Myofascial Release, which was learned directly from John F. Barnes. Each massage session is tailored to the needs of the client; by connecting with the individual on my table, I will guide them to health, one massage at a time.
