Katelyn Meier

Kate was first introduced to massage therapy as a recipient of massage while training with the Art in Motion Latin Dance team in Philadelphia, PA. Instantly falling in love with the therapeutic nature of bodywork, Kate took the opportunity to study at the Philadelphia School of Massage and Bodywork. Since then, Kate has worked the industry in wellness, chiropractic, and spa settings as a Licensed Massage Therapist. ​Kate is described as having an intuitive and therapeutic touch, while thinking of the body as a complete system. Clients seek her out to treat sports and work related injury, chronic body issues, and other soft-tissue ailments. Having knowledge of many massage modalities, Kate integrates multiple techniques into each massage, creating a custom treatment plan for each client. Kate specializes in therapeutic massage, utilizing modalities such as: deep tissue, myofascial, sports massage, stretching, trigger point, and more.​ In addition to practicing massage, Kate is an internationally recognized Afro-Latin dance instructor with over 10 years experience. Her knowledge of dance, body mechanics, and movement gives her a unique and detailed approach to working with massage clients. ​Kate strives to provide a restorative and holistic experience to all her clients.
