As an experienced and enthusiastic Massage Therapist, I provide a therapeutic service to promote optimal health. I believe my purpose is to help and encourage others to live and feel their best. It's important to take care of the body you're in and embrace it! As a mom of two with her own personal growth ambition, it's important to take a moment to honor and repair the body in order to keep going. Massage is a passion I discovered unexpectedly, while creating a healthier lifestyle for myself. Knowing that I am able to heal others with my own two hands is an overwhelming feeling that I'm elated to have! Massage is truly an artistic body therapy that benefits the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in traditional Swedish/relaxation massage with light compressions, smooth strokes and transitions. I also offer an intense deep tissue massage that involves more body manipulation so I'm able to reach the deeper layers of muscle. Both services are available as a 60-minute or 90-minute. More services I provide include a warm, grounding, 90-minute Hot Stone massage, and an effective, nurturing prenatal 60-minute service. All prices and descriptions can be found on my website. I do have continuing education and certifications in reflexology, prenatal massage, and sciatic pain.
