David Noonan

David Noonan is the Director of Bodywork at Mind Body Soul Wellness Center, located in Bensalem, PA, and has been in the bodywork and healthcare industry for over 15 years.His passion for exercise began at the age of twelve, starting with strength training and bodybuilding. He pursued this interest by attending the Mercer County Community College Physical Therapist Assistant Program, where he graduated with an Associates in Applied Science degree with high honors. He continued his education, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences and Mathematics from Thomas Edison State University, also graduating with high honors.David has worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Myofascial Release Therapist for over fifteen years. He is well-versed in various modalities, including the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, Strain/Counterstrain, Muscle Energy Technique, Craniosacral Therapy, and advanced therapeutic exercise concepts. David is also recognized as an Expert Myofascial Release Therapist, having completed all coursework under John Barnes, the developer of JFB Myofascial Release.In 2023, David completed the 600-hour Massage Therapy Program at the Academy of Massage Therapy & Bodyworks in Pottstown, founded by Jim Funk. He is also a certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association and has been involved in martial arts for over twenty years, certified in Chen Family Xiaojia Tai Chi Chuan through the Wuwei Tai Chi School and a member of the International Society of Chen Taijiquan.
