Through deep relaxation and targeted muscle feedback, they help people gain awareness of the movement patterns of their body as a whole, and how that relates to acute or chronic issues.Each massage is tailored to the client’s current and long-term focus and takes into consideration the life the body has lived. Cardinal is trauma-informed and has a special interest in the ways the mind arises from the body. They believe in health at every size.Cardinal is skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, cupping and trigger point therapies. No matter what technique they’re using, they don’t believe that massage should be painful⁠—you can expect to get off the table relaxed and feeling good down to your bones!Outside of massage therapy, Cardinal is a multimedia artist. They’re most well known for their photography and handmade greeting cards.
