I have been a Massage Therapist since 2016. I trained at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, worked in Canada for the first 8 years or my career then returned to my hometown, The Dalles in 2024.

I certified in Manual Lymph Drainage at the end of 2025 and am happy to bring this modality to my table.

I don't have a specialty per se but I have a love for prenatal work, TMJ issues, and headaches. At the end of the day, I treat what walks through the door. You can expect a thorough assessment at your first appointment with me and a custom treatment that considers what your expectations are and what your body needs that day. I want you to feel comfortable and cared for.

When not working, you will find me normally sipping on coffee, reading a book, and hanging out with my family.
