I am honored to be fluent in a range of offerings, from certified manual lymphatic drainage work to flowing lomi lomi/swedish/spa influenced work to deeper long-term alignment-addressed goals with myofascial, NMT and structural bodywork. If applicable, i enjoy offering sports/pin and stretch/ Thai lengthening and stretching of the body. I’m also heavily influenced by the breath, vascular fluid-flow and yoga therapy.
