My mission is to provide you with the most enjoyable and relaxing experience possible. In order to do this I make sure that you are comfortable and that all of the elements of the massage are to your liking. Depth of pressure, quality of touch, rhythm and area of focus are all taken into close consideration as I work to bring to you to greater levels of enjoyment and tranquility. I use long fluid strokes, squeezing and kneading, friction, vibration, shaking, gentle striking and stretching to help you release tension and arrive at a more balanced and whole place in your body, mind and spirit. Massage is great medicine! You will almost certainly feel an elevation in mood, increased range of motion, ease and fluidity in the joints and improved sleep. On a more cellular level you will see an improvement in immune response and circulation of both blood and lymph.
