I offer body work and massage sessions specifically crafted to fit the needs of my clients. Rehabilitative and injury recovery work are my specialities and I use Positional Release Therapy, a modality derived from an Osteopathic technique in combination with  Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Myofascial work as my primary modalities in addition to adding elements of Shitasu and Reflexology techniques. I use flannel sheets and organic lotions only.
