Sparrow Song offers expansive and uplifting bodywork in the heart of Portland, Oregon. After training extensively in mind-body techniques, I developed my hands-on practice with Swedish, Thai, Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release modalities. An energetic and holistic view of the body informs my approach and I seek to form every session to the individual needs of my clients. As an ally in your healing, I offer support within the session and to carry you through life's bumps and many transitions.
