I identify as filipino, gender multiplicitous, and disabled.

My practice serves those seeking relief from pain, stress and blockages. I especially love working with QTBIPOC, neurodivergent, fat, disabled and immigrant bodies.

Relief and unmasking go hand in hand for me. From my lived experience as a brown, AuDHD person it is painful attempting to live up to capitalist and neurotypical standards. I have found relief through shedding as many of these standards as possible and by routinely seeking the help of body workers, mentors, and chosen family. My dreamiest dream and wish of all wishes is to share the gift of therapeutic presence and touch to help others find relief in unmasking too.
