Body and Soul Massage is the love child of the owner, Stephanie.It was crafted to be a safe and welcoming environment for those who feel the reigns of reality slipping out of their hands; due to the many stresses, we face on a consistent basis.Through-out every massage, we incorporate hot and cold stones, high-grade essential oils, and many other tools; in order to make sure each person receives the care they need. Taking care of you is a calling, and we are so happy to be able to do so!Stephanie worked in the healthcare field for 5 and a half years and understands the correlation between stress and your health. It is why she chose to open her practice in 2015 to facilitate a different type of healing.Stephanie is passionate about taking care of those who give until they feel empty, but do not make time for themselves.In a world of Caretakers, it is easy to forget that you are just as important as those you tend to.
