I really enjoy working with clients of all ages and stages of life: women & men, pregnancy & postnatal clients, and children & teens. That's why I call my practice Birch Family Massage: I want to be part of your whole family's wellness care.

My style of massage is therapeutic work that both relaxes the receiver and relieves muscle pain and stress. I have had extensive training and experience working with maternity clients, including prenatal, high-risk, and post-delivery individuals.

I look forward to sharing my massage skills with you and helping you to feel wonderful!
