I was drawn to massage through my experience working in an office setting for 20+ years, sitting at a desk in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of time and weighing over 200 pounds. Over the course of time, I experienced back and neck pain due to poor posture and sought Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Services to learn to rewire my thought processes and learn how to heal myself without relying on anti-inflammatories or other pharmaceuticals. I would also witness the transformations that other PT and Chiropractic patients would make and when the “light” would finally come back into their eyes after they learned how to strengthen their bodies through proper exercise techniques and guidance from a steady routine of exercise maintenance combined with massage.

I am trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Pediatric Massage, Orthopedic Massage for Neck, Shoulder and Low Back injuries and Oncology Massage. I also have formal training in Chinese Cupping, Essential Oils for relaxation, Non-Violent Communication and Laughter Yoga.

It is my passion and life goal to help clients reconnect with their inner child and create a mind body connection to integrate better health and wellness in all aspects of their lives. Living in the present is really important. Life is simple; we are the ones who tend to complicate it. Stop and smell the roses, don’t just take their picture.

I am an active, fun loving, independent woman who digs HIIT, road trips, camping, hiking with my dogs, yoga, skiing, snowshoeing, dancing, going to concerts and anything outdoors.
