Tara Safran is a nationally board-certified, licensed massage therapist, Terrain advocate, and holistic health specialist with more than 30 years of hands-on experience. She is among the few in the state certified in abdominal massage therapy for gut health and fertility, as well as in a holistic metabolic approach to cancer care.A breast cancer thriver for over nine years, Tara combines expertise with heartfelt empathy in every session. Her personal healing journey—sparked by a near-death experience at age 19 and strengthened through decades of professional practice—has shaped her life’s mission: to meet each client with compassion, understanding, and hope.
