Cara McNabb

Hi, I’m Cara, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Cupping Therapist (CCT). I graduated from massage therapy school in January and am passionate about helping clients feel better, move better, and understand their bodies.

With a background in medical assisting and phlebotomy, I bring a strong understanding of anatomy and a healthcare-focused perspective to every session. My approach is personalized to your individual needs, whether you’re dealing with everyday muscle tension, recovering from an injury, staying active, or simply looking for time to relax and reset.

I specialize in therapeutic and deep tissue massage and incorporate cupping therapy when appropriate to help address areas of muscular tension and restriction.
