Hi, I’m Adam Mitchell, a licensed massage therapist offering intentional bodywork in Columbus, Ohio. I studied at the Columbus School of Medical Massage and also graduated at the top of my class as the valedictorian.I created Sacred Calm by Adam as more than just a studio; it’s a space where people who carry a lot can finally set something down. My work is rooted in professionalism, deep listening, and care. I approach each session with grounded presence and respect for everybody that walks through my door. With training in Swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massage, I tailor each session to meet you where you are. Clients describe my touch as steady, intuitive, and unhurried — deeply attentive without ever feeling clinical.
