I have been practicing massage therapy since 2003. I specialize in therapeutic/deep tissue massage with a strong foundation in reiki/energy work. I tend to work intuitively but with the knowledge of kinesiology and anatomy/physiology. I like to use movement or stretch while massaging to pinpoint painful spots and acupressure. My experience has been in all types of settings: gyms, acupuncture office, chiropractor, & spa and wellness. I now own a studio in Sola Salon. Book a session and experience a healing touch.
