Using a variety of techniques including swedish/deep tissue, CranioSacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release, I cater my treatments to the needs of each individual client. Many have suffered with chronic pain or discomfort, while others seek treatment to maintain health and restore balance within a busy lifestyle.With over 25 years of experience with a variety of clients and issues, I enjoy problem solving. It is always my goal to provide my client with greater mobility, comfort and a sense of well-being with each appointment.
