I have always had an interest in personal fitness and wellness. After 20 years in corporate restaurant management, I turned my personal interest into my profession as a Medical Massage Practitioner. I graduated from SHI Integrative School of Medical Massage and opened my practice in northeast Cincinnati.My massage certifications and techniques included: Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, TMJ Disorder, Muscle Energy Technique (MET). My goal is to work with active clients who want to continue to maintain an active lifestyle. My goal for treatment is to help clients correct musculoskeletal issues as well as teach them how to maintain wellness, and live relatively free of discomfort. I enjoy a busy active lifestyle full of kids, family, exercise and activity, creative pursuits, and helping people.
