Originally from Orange County, CA, Liz has been doing Bodywork/Massage since 2006. Having graduated from Miam University (OH) with a degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training, her education and experience in working with athletes in the area of prevention, post injury and the mechanics of the body have given her the opportunity to work with all types of people and gain knowledge in many areas of the massage world. Liz attended American Institute for Massage Therapy, having completed their Sports Massage program in 2011. Liz is certified in Cupping therapy - Fire, Sports/dynamic, HACI, Facial and many more types - Myofascial Release, Oncology Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Therapeutic Relaxation, Lymphatic drainage and more. Liz believes the body and mind are connected and has the approach that the cause is often not where the problem is. Liz owned and operated her own business in Newport Beach, CA for 10 years - Inner Balance Therapeutic Massage - before moving to Ohio and helping others here.
