I take time to listen to and ask questions of my patients to determine the cause and develop the best plan of care to treat the issue they've come to me for. I am problem oriented and focused on medical massage to help improve the quality of life for my patients. I am a 2020 graduate of the massage therapy program at Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio. I am also a registered nurse with a bachelor in the science of nursing. I have been a nurse since 2008. I use a variety of modalities to treat various issues. Depending on the condition, I may use Swedish techniques, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (scraping) and other methods.
