Erika Prehm

Erika Prehm has been a licensed massage therapist since 2009. She graduated from A New Beginning School of Massage in Austin, Texas and has since gained experience through working alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and also in the spa environment. Her approach to bodywork is unique in that she is able to integrate her experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release to personalize each massage. Every person holds tension differently and Erika is able to use her intuition and nurturing nature to help release deep tension, revitalize and balance the body, and relax the mind.Erika is also certified in Prenatal Massage. After recently giving birth to her son Asher, she has found a new passion in this field. Massage and Yoga were a staple of comfort through her prenatal and postnatal journey. Erika is able to combine her personal experience, along with training, to help her clients release hip and back tension, reduce swelling, provide deep relaxation and stress relief. Through compassionate and careful listening, Erika will reduce any discomforts you might experience during your pregnancy or assist your body to heal in the months after.
